Peaches N Cream Dessert
1 1/2 call purpose flour
2 pkgfrench vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
2 largeeggs, beaten
6 Tbspmargarine or butter
1 largecan peaches
16 ozcream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbspsugar cinnamon mixture
How to Make Peaches N Cream Dessert
- Mix, flour, pudding, and baking powder.
- Combine eggs, milk and butter, add to dry ingredients, Mix well, Spread into 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Drain peaches and save 2/3 cup of peach liquid.
Lay drained peaches on top of mixture in pan.
- Beat 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and the 2/3 cup peach liquid until mixed.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the peaches in the pan.
- Sprinkle the top with the cinnamon sugar mixture
- Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
