Peaches N Cream Dessert
- 1 1/2 c
- all purpose flour
- 2 pkg
- french vanilla instant pudding
- 1 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- 2 large
- eggs, beaten
- 1 c
- 6 Tbsp
- margarine or butter
- 1 large
- can peaches
- 1 c
- 16 oz
- cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp
- sugar cinnamon mixture
How to Make Peaches N Cream Dessert
- 1Mix, flour, pudding, and baking powder.
- 2Combine eggs, milk and butter, add to dry ingredients, Mix well, Spread into 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 3Drain peaches and save 2/3 cup of peach liquid.
Lay drained peaches on top of mixture in pan.
- 4Beat 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and the 2/3 cup peach liquid until mixed.
- 5Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the peaches in the pan.
- 6Sprinkle the top with the cinnamon sugar mixture
- 7Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
