  • 1/2UC c
    greek yogurt, plain, low-fat
  • 1/2 c
    low-fat milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    cherry jam
  • 2 tsp
    chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/8 Tbsp
    vanilla or almond extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    rolled oats or oatmeal (not instant)
  • Tbsp
    almonds, slivered or sliced, toasted

How to Make Overnight Cherry-Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Pudding


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk and jam until smooth. Add the Chia seeds, vanilla, chocolate chips and oats and mix until well blended. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. To serve, top with toasted almonds.
