·3/4 cup sweet orange juice, freshly squeezed
·1/4 cup cornstarch
·1 cup brown sugar
·pinch of salt (optional)
·1/2 tsp cinnamon
·1/2 tbsp, orange peel, freshly grated
·1/2 tbsp butter
How to Make Orange Pudding
- Into a large pot, add the orange juice, sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon and orange rind; stir constantly and bring to a rolling boil, stir until smooth and thick. (1 minute)
- Remove the pot from the heat to add the butter, stir well.
- Pour pudding into six (3-ounce) ramekins and chill at least a 1 - 2 hours (or until set) before serving.
