Ingredients
- - 3/4 cup sweet orange juice, freshly squeezed
- - 1/4 cup cornstarch
- - 1 cup brown sugar
- - pinch of salt (optional)
- - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- - 1/2 tbsp, orange peel, freshly grated
- - 1/2 tbsp butter
How To Make orange pudding

Step 1Into a large pot, add the orange juice, sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon and orange rind; stir constantly and bring to a rolling boil, stir until smooth and thick. (1 minute)

Step 2Remove the pot from the heat to add the butter, stir well.

Step 3Pour pudding into six (3-ounce) ramekins and chill at least a 1 - 2 hours (or until set) before serving.
