1 box vanilla pudding-not instant
1 box tapioca pudding-not instant
3 oz boxes orange jello
3 cups water
1 can mandarin oranges, chopped
8 oz - cool whip

How To Make orange fluff

Step 1

Combine puddings, jello and 3 cups water. Heat til boiling, stirring constantly. Cool. Add mandarin oranges, and Cool Whip. Chill til ready to serve.
