    orange
  • 1/2 tsp
    orange peel
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 6 c
    refrigerated vanilla pudding, prepared
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    sugar

How to Make ORANGE CREME BRULEE

Step-by-Step

  1. Take one orange and grate 1/2 tsp. orange peel. Squeeze the orange to get 1/4 cup orange juice.
  2. In a large bowl, stir 6 cups refrigerated vanilla pudding with the orange peel and juice, and 1/2 tsp. salt.
  3. Spread in a shallow 2-qt. baking dish (broiler safe). Sprinkle with an even layer of 1/4 cup sugar.
  4. Broil in a preheated broiler 6 inches from heat source for 4 to 5 minutes, or until bubbly and brown.
