Ingredients

  • 1 - orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange peel
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 6 cups refrigerated vanilla pudding, prepared
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar

How To Make orange creme brulee

  • Step 1
    Take one orange and grate 1/2 tsp. orange peel. Squeeze the orange to get 1/4 cup orange juice.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, stir 6 cups refrigerated vanilla pudding with the orange peel and juice, and 1/2 tsp. salt.
  • Step 3
    Spread in a shallow 2-qt. baking dish (broiler safe). Sprinkle with an even layer of 1/4 cup sugar.
  • Step 4
    Broil in a preheated broiler 6 inches from heat source for 4 to 5 minutes, or until bubbly and brown.
