Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding
Haven't made this in a long time so I don't have a picture to upload with this recipe.

3 1/2 cskim milk
1/2 cuncooked long grain rice
1 tspvanilla extract
·ground cinnamon, optional
How to Make Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding
- In a saucepan, combine milk, rice, sugar and salt; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Add raisins and vanilla; cover and bake 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Serve warm or chilled. Store in the refrigerator.
