This delicious recipe is made of cornstarch. It is very easy to cook and it does not have a lot of time to cook.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cornstarch sifted
  • 5 cups coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 2 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 2 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup sweet whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make maja blanca with sweet corn

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl (set aside at least half a cup of sweet whole kernel corn to be use later)then let it boil over medium heat. Stirring occasionally until it is sticky, when it is already firm, it means its already cooked.
  • Step 2
    In a container where you are going to use, put some corn.
  • Step 3
    Then pour the maja blanca mixture flatten evenly. Refrigerate before serving.
  • Step 4
    When it is already cold, turn the tray upside down and remove the maja so that the corn will be visible.
  • Step 5
    Slice it to your desired serving size.
