this is a great recipes for someone who's Diabetic or watching there fat and sugar intake.this taste great! I have no idea what the calorie count is .this recipes is from Jello if you go to the Jello web site it may list the calories.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 4 ounces sugar free fat free pistachio pudding
  • 1 (8 oz) cup crushed pineapple in juice undrained
  • 1 cup or 8oz vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 2-4 ounces or 1 cup thawed cool whip fat free topping

How To Make low fat watergate salad

  • Step 1
    Stir together dry pudding mix,pineapple and yogurt in large bowl until well blended
  • Step 2
    Gently stir in whipped topping cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
