How to Make LOW CARB SPICED CUSTARD
- 1Mix together the eggs, splenda, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
- 2Then mix in the milk, water, and vanilla.
- 3Pour into 3 ramekin/custard dishes sprayed with cooking spray. Place ramekins in baking dish in 1 inch of hot water.
- 4Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 15-20 minutes. Eat warm or cover with plastic wrap and cool completely in refrigerator.
