Here's my favorite healthy breakfast dish. I eat this for breakfast most mornings.
This makes a great bedtime snack, too. Or in the afternoon when you start craving something around 3 o'clock!

greek yogurt, fat-free
1/4 - 1/2 c
frozen fruit of choice (love wild blueberries)
1/2 - 1 pkg
no-calorie sweetener (i use stevia)

How to Make Lovely Greek Yogurt

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place fruit in bottom of microwave safe bowl.
    Microwave on high power for 30 seconds. Stir in sweetener and yogurt.
  • 2If using peaches or other large fruit, it helps if you chop them up first.
