Here's my favorite healthy breakfast dish. I eat this for breakfast most mornings. This makes a great bedtime snack, too. Or in the afternoon when you start craving something around 3 o'clock! Protein: 16 g Fat: 0 g Carbohydrates: 10 - 12 g (depends on the fruit)

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt, fat-free
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen fruit of choice (love wild blueberries)
- 1/2 - 1 packages no-calorie sweetener (i use stevia)
How To Make lovely greek yogurt

Step 1Place fruit in bottom of microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high power for 30 seconds. Stir in sweetener and yogurt.

Step 2If using peaches or other large fruit, it helps if you chop them up first.
