This makes a great bedtime snack, too. Or in the afternoon when you start craving something around 3 o'clock!
Protein: 16 g
Fat: 0 g
Carbohydrates: 10 - 12 g (depends on the fruit)
Ingredients

2/3 cgreek yogurt, fat-free

1/4 - 1/2 cfrozen fruit of choice (love wild blueberries)

1/2 - 1 pkgno-calorie sweetener (i use stevia)
How to Make Lovely Greek Yogurt
- Place fruit in bottom of microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high power for 30 seconds. Stir in sweetener and yogurt. - If using peaches or other large fruit, it helps if you chop them up first.
