Ingredients

4egg yolks
-
1 csugar
-
1lemon (juice and grated rind)
-
4egg whites beaten to stiff peaks
How to Make Lemon Souffle
- Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored
- Add sugar gradually and continue beating
- Add lemon rind and juice
- Fold in whites of egg beaten stiff
- Put into buttered baking dish and set in pan of hot water -- bake 40 minutes 350 oven
