This recipe can be made with Instant Lemon Pudding/Pie Mix; Chocolate Pudding/Pie Mix; Vanille Pudding/Pie Mix; Butterscotch Pudding/Pie Mix.

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. walnuts or pecans
1 large box of instant pudding/pie mix any flavor
1 large tub cool whip

How To Make lemon delight

Step 1

Mix butter, powder sugar, flour, and nut together; press into 9.13 pan. Bake for 20 min., let crust cool.

Step 2

mix pudding/pie mix according to pkg., directions. pour over crust; top with cool whip; if prefer top cool whip with crushed nuts (optional).
Step 3

put in frig to cool (overnight) this is a great dessert to serve also at christmas time.
