Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup hershey's chocolate syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
How To Make hershey's s'mores pudding cups

Step 1Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together. Press in bottom of serving dishes.

Step 2In a stand mixer beat heavy cream, powdered sugar and hershey's syrup together until mousse consistency. Spoon on top of graham cracker crust.

Step 3In a saucepan combine water, sugar, corn syrup and salt to a boil. Let boil 2 minutes remove from heat. Set aside

Step 4Beat egg whites and cream of tartar together until stiff peaks. Keep beating and slowly add the corn syrup mixture. Spread on top of mousse layer.

Step 5Using a kitchen torch or broiler torch the top until lightly golden. Store in fridge
