Ingredients

2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 stick
butter melted
1 pt
heavy cream
1/4 c
powdered sugar
1/3 c
hershey's chocolate syrup
3/4 c
sugar
1/2 c
corn syrup
1/4 c
water
1/8 tsp
salt
2 large
egg whites
1/4 tsp
cream of tartar

How to Make Hershey's S'Mores Pudding Cups

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together. Press in bottom of serving dishes.
  • 2In a stand mixer beat heavy cream, powdered sugar and hershey's syrup together until mousse consistency. Spoon on top of graham cracker crust.
  • 3In a saucepan combine water, sugar, corn syrup and salt to a boil. Let boil 2 minutes remove from heat. Set aside
  • 4Beat egg whites and cream of tartar together until stiff peaks. Keep beating and slowly add the corn syrup mixture. Spread on top of mousse layer.
  • 5Using a kitchen torch or broiler torch the top until lightly golden. Store in fridge
