Ingredients
- 2 cups real rice, cooked accoring to directions and let stand - add
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 - eggs or
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1Cook rice, set aside until warm.

Step 2Toss with raisins. set aside.

Step 3Combine milok and eggs, mixing in a blender add vanilla, sugar and spices. Blend on med. until frothy.

Step 4Pour over the rice mixture. and bake at 300 degrees until set clear through, about 40 min.
