Ingredients
- 1 box - graham crackers
- 2 - 3oz. boxes instant french vanilla pud/pie mix
- 3 1/2 c. - cold milk
- 1 - 9oz. cool whip
- 3 tablespoons butte or oleo
- 2 oz. - unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons white karo syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 c. - powdered sugar
How To Make eclair cake

Step 1butter 9x13 pan. line bottom with a layer of graham crackers. prepare pudding w/milk and blend with cool whip. put half of mixture over layer of graham crackers.

Step 2place another layer of graham crackers on mixture. pour rest of mixture on crackers. top mixture with 3rd layer of crackers. top with chocolate topping.

Step 3melt butter/chocolate. remove from heat and add syrup, vanilla, milk, powder sugar. mix well and spread over top of graham crackers. refrigerate overnight. GREAT!!
