    cooked rice
  • 16 oz
    half and half
  • 3/4 c
  • 3
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 2/3 c
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Crockpot Rice Pudding


  1. Grease stoneware of crock-pot with butter.
    Beat half and half, eggs, sugar, cinnamon & vanilla with electric mixer. Stir in rice and raisins.
    Pour in crock-pot. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Cover, cook on high for 30 minutes. Stir well.
