Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make cranberry pudding with hot butter sauce

Step 1Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl; stir well.

Step 2Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients, stirring until blended. Gently fold in the cranberries.

Step 3Pour the batter into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the pudding is lightly browned. Serve warm with the Hot Butter Sauce.

Step 4Hot Butter Sauce: Combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter, and 1/2 cup evaporated milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cook, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves and the butter melts. Stir in the vanilla. Serve over the Cranberry pudding.
