Got this recipe from a television show and I've tried it and love it for a low calorie, low carbohydrate snack. The television show was "Know The Cause" by Doug Kauffman. About healthy eating and living. Good website and can watch the program online.
1Mix all ingredients in a food processor and serve immediately. Can also layer with whipped cream if desired.
2I made it once with an over ripe avocado and it tasted like I had used way too ripe banana so be sure your avocado is just right. It is really delicious and on the healthy side of sweet treats. The last time I made this, I didn't use the food processor, I just whipped it by hand and didn't notice a difference. Just want to make sure the cocoa is mixed in very well.
