Ingredients
- 1 - angel food cake
- 1 - (3.5) box instant vanilla pudding prepared
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can extra cherry pie filling
How To Make cherry trifle

Step 1Cut or break apart angel food cake into pieces and place half the pieces in a large, clear, glass bowl.

Step 2Prepared pudding according to package directions. Then mix in sour cream, blending well.

Step 3Pour half of mixture over cake pieces.

Step 4Repeat steps, making a second layer and top with cherry pie filling.

Step 5Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 6NOTE: As pictured, I used two cans of pie filling, making a second layer of cherry because my husband loves cherry pie filling, but the original recipe only called for 1 can on top.
