Ingredients
- FIRST LAYER:
- 3 ounces pkg. raspberry jell-o
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup cooking wine
- 2 cups pitted dark sweet cherries,drained, and halved
- SECOND LAYER:
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, drained-reserved syrup
- 1 cup reserved syrup+add water to make the 1 cup, if necessary
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 ounces pkg. lime jell-o
- 3 ounces pkg. cream cheese,softened
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
How To Make cherry mallow squares

Step 1First Layer : Dissolve jell-O in boiling water, add cold water and wine. Chill till partially set. Add cherries. Pour into 9-inch square dish. Chill till almost set. --- Second Layer: Add syrup to jell-O in a saucepan, heat and stir till jell-O dissolves. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise, Beat smooth with beater. Stir in cold water, drained pineapple and mini marshmallows. Chill til partially set. Fold whipped cream into green mixture. Spread on red layer. Chill until firm, cut into 9 pieces.
