This is an excellent way to use some of the seasons Granny Smith apples. This recipe is a traditional hearty noodle and cream kugel topped with apples and drizzled with caramel apple dip, also good drizzled with any ice cream topping or pancake syrup ,such as strawberry or blueberry or even rhubarb sauce or lemon curd. For a change of pace instead of apples add chopped cranberries, or other fruit. Land O'Lakes.
