Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 - loaf pepperidge farm raisin bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup sugar
How To Make bread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*

Step 2Mix first four ingredients with a wrisk. Stir into bread crumbs. Pour into ungreased dish. (I spray mine lightly with Pam spray).

Step 3Cook 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Step 4Sauce: Melt butter in sauce pan on low heat, remove from heat cool for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 5Mix water and egg; add to the butter(make sure it's cool). Stir in sugar cook on medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and when sugar dissolves remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes. Pour over pudding.
