Ingredients For bread pudding

2 1/2 cmilk

1/2 csugar
-
1 tspcinnamon

2eggs, slightly beaten
-
1loaf pepperidge farm raisin bread, cubed

1/2 cbutter
-
2 Tbspwater
-
1egg
-
1 csugar
How To Make bread pudding

1Preheat oven to 350*

2Mix first four ingredients with a wrisk. Stir into bread crumbs. Pour into ungreased dish. (I spray mine lightly with Pam spray).

3Cook 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

4Sauce: Melt butter in sauce pan on low heat, remove from heat cool for 10 to 15 minutes.

5Mix water and egg; add to the butter(make sure it's cool). Stir in sugar cook on medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and when sugar dissolves remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes. Pour over pudding.
