How to Make Bread Pudding
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Mix first four ingredients with a wrisk. Stir into bread crumbs. Pour into ungreased dish. (I spray mine lightly with Pam spray).
- Cook 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Melt butter in sauce pan on low heat, remove from heat cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Mix water and egg; add to the butter(make sure it's cool). Stir in sugar cook on medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and when sugar dissolves remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes. Pour over pudding.
