2Mix first four ingredients with a wrisk. Stir into bread crumbs. Pour into ungreased dish. (I spray mine lightly with Pam spray).
3Cook 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Melt butter in sauce pan on low heat, remove from heat cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
5Mix water and egg; add to the butter(make sure it's cool). Stir in sugar cook on medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and when sugar dissolves remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes. Pour over pudding.
