Don't know were he got this recipe. But Boy was it good. He did a great job with this.

Just to let you all know. I chopped the nuts up a little to much. Blake called it Nut Dust. So don't choppe the nuts to finely.

banana nut muffin mix
2 1/2 c
milk,divided
1 pkg
(3.4 oz)instant vanilla pudding mix.
1 c
sour cream
3
bananas,sliced
2 c
chopped nuts. ( i chopped them up to much)
1/2 c
raspberries
1/2 c
strawberries,sliced

How to Make Blakes Parfait Delight.

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spray 6 muffin cups with cooking spray. Pre-heat oven to 425. mix muffin mix with 1/2 cup of milk. Pour into muffin cups,(3/4 full). cook for 12-17 min. Let cool on a rack.
  • 2While muffins are cooling mix pudding acording to package. let it sit in fridge for 8-10 min.
  • 3Now you will need 6 8oz parfait glasses.Now crumble part of a muffen itto each glass,add a few berries,some chopped nuts,some pudding. Continue with layers till full.Top with wipped cream and a strawberry. Injoy. I know i did.
