Found this on the web. Thought it sounded scrumptious. Have not made it yet, but I will. I am going to use blackberries or maybe red raspberries or maybe both! This was from Weight Watchers posted by a member.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 c
    skim milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 c
    sugar-free vanilla yogurt, sweetened w/splenda
  • 1/2
    angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 c
    unsweetend berries ex: blackberry, raspberry,blueberry, thawed if frozen or fresh
  • 1/4 c
    fat-free cool whip
  • 2 Tbsp
    fat-free cool whip

How to Make "Berry Of Your Choice" Angel Food Trifle

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together the ricotta cheese and yogurt in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Arrange half the cake cubes in the bottom of a medium size glass bowl.
  3. Top with 1 cup of the berries.
  4. Top with 1 1/2 cups of the cheese,yogurt mix.
  5. Top with remaining cake cubes, 3/4 cup berries, and the remaining cheese-yogurt mixture.
  6. Decorate with remaining 1/2 cup berries.
  7. Top each serving with 1 TBLS whipped topping.
  8. This makes 6 servings at 5 points per serving.
    Could easily be doubled to 12 servings.
