- 1 - egg
- - sugar to taste
- dash - salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make baked custard, lyn*

Step 1put all ingredients in blender and blend.

Step 2*Pour in glass dish and sprinkle top with nutmeg.

Step 3Put in pan with 1" of water. Bake at 350-375 for about 30 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.

Step 4Take out of hot water and cool

Step 5*1. add rice or 2. raisins or 3. bread
