How to Make Baked Apple Pudding
- Combine, butter, sugar, and egg in mixer bowl.
Beat until light, gradually blend in flour, soda, and spices. Stir in vanilla, apples and nuts.
- Pour mixture in an 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
