apple pudding with lemon sauce
This is an old time recipe that my mother use to make. This is one of those recipes that you feel like setting in front of an open fire and enjoying with a loved one. I hope you Enjoy it as much as we do. The lemon sauce will follow later.

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs,beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups diced apples
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make apple pudding with lemon sauce

Step 1Add and combine sugar and salt to the egg mixture. Add flour,and baking powder. Stir until moistened. Fold in the apples, nuts, and vanilla. Pour mixture into buttered 8x8 inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm.
