1Stir the boiling water into the dry gelatin in a medium bowl for at least 2 mins until completely dissolved. Remove 3/4 cup of the gelatin, pour into a small bowl & add in the applesuace with the cinnamon. Stir until blended.
2Pour into serving bowl or flour dessert glasses. Refirgerate for about 45 mins or until set, but not yet frim.
3In the mean time, refrigerate the reamining gelatin for about 30 mins or until slightly thickened. Stir in the yogurt. Spoon over gelatin layer in bowl.
4Special Tip: Sprinkle lightly some ground cinnamon just before serving.
