WALNUT PUMPKIN PIE
1 pkggraham cracker pie crust
1 can(s)(15 oz.) pumpkin
1 can(s)(14 oz.) eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 tspground cinnamon
1/2 tspeach - ground ginger, nutmeg and salt
1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbspall purpose flour
2 Tbspbutter, cold
3/4 cchopped walnuts
How to Make WALNUT PUMPKIN PIE
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Pour into crust.
- Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove pie. Reduce oven to 350.
- Combine sugar, flour and remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle walnut mixture over pie.
- Bake 40 minutes at 350 or until knife inserted comes out clean.
