    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 1 lb
    tofu, soft
  • 3/4 tsp
    sweetener (your choice)
  • pinch
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spices
  • 2
    eggs (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Tofu Pumpkin Pie


  1. Mix all ingredients to your preferred smoothness
  2. Pour into pre-baked crust, and bake for 1 hour
