I created this pie recipe. It's a blueberry and cheese pie combined with toffee bits in an Oreo crust.

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 12 oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- FILLING
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
How To Make blueberry cheese pie with toffee bits

Step 1Preheat oven 325 degrees F.

Step 2To make the crust, combine the Oreo cookies, margarine and brown sugar in a large food processor and grind for 30 seconds or until fine.

Step 3Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

Step 4To make the filling, beat the cream cheese, whipped topping and almond extract in a medium bowl until smooth. Add eggs and beat on low speed just until combined.

Step 5Stir blueberries, peanut butter chips and toffee bits into cream cheese mixture. Pour into the crust evenly.

Step 6Bake for 20 minutes or until center is almost set.

Step 7Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.

Step 8Refrigerate for 4 hours. Just before serving, top with peanut butter chips and toffee bits.
