Ingredients
- 2 - cans swanson chunk chicken, drained, flaked
- 1 - 4.5 oz can chopped green chilis, drained
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup bisquick heart smart mix
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 - egg
- 1 - can mexicorn w/ peppers, drained
- - lettuce for garnish
- - sour cream for garnish
- - salsa for garnish
How To Make tamale pie w/ chicken

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Stir into pan the chicken, chilis and taco seasoning. Sprinkle w/ cheese.

Step 2In bowl, stir together bisquick mix, cornmeal, egg and corn until blended.Pour over chicken mix.

Step 3Bake 25-30 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into wedges. Top w/ lettuce, sour cream and salsa if desired.
