This came from a friend of mine that made this recipe. Its really good, wanted to share for something new at your holiday table.

yield Preheat oven 350 Bake 25-30 minutes This also works in a pie shell :)

Ingredients

- 1) 1 40 oz can yams
- 2) 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3) 1/4 cup of sugar
- 4) 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 5) 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 6) 1/4 cup of butter melted
- 7) 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 8) 1 cup quick oats
- 9)1 tsp cinnamon

How To Make sweet potato streusel pie

Step 1

Mix the first 1,2,3,4,5 ingredients in a bowl, spoon into a prepare 8 X 8 baking dish.

Step 2

Then mix topping 6,7,8,9 all together sprinkle on top of yams. Then put taps of butter on top of the topping.
