My family & friends love it. It is especially good for the diabetes and the folks that are trying to lose weight. It has that extra crunch about it.

  • 6 medium apples-peeled,corded,and sliced
  • 1 small can frozen unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 - unbaked--9"inch, deep dish pie shell

How To Make sugarfree apple pie

  • Step 1
    Layer apples in unbaked pie shell. Mix apple juice,cinnamon,nutmeg, and cornstarch in cookpot. Cook on low heat until thickened. Pour over apples and place second pie crust on top. Butter lightly and bake at 350*F for 1 hour.
