We love this light sugar free dessert. It is quick and easy and so good.

Ingredients

  • 1 box 3 1/2 ounce instant butterscotch pudding mix, sugar free
  • 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (sugar free)
  • MAKING PUMPKIN PIE SPICE @ HOME
  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1 - regular size graham cracker pie crust

How To Make sugar free pumpkin whip & pumpkin spice recipe

  • Step 1
    PUMPKIN WHIP: Beat pudding and milk until smooth. Blend in canned pumpkin and spice. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into graham cracker pie shell or dessert dish, chill until ready to serve. Makes 1 pie. Top with additional whipped topping if desired. May also use regular pudding mix or whipped topping if desired.
  • Step 2
    PUMPKIN PIE SPICE: Combine all spices together and mix well. Then store in a small air tight container or spice jar.
