Strawberry Cream Pie (Low-Fat & Low-Sugar)
1 pkg(9 grams) sugar-free, low-fat strawberry jello™
1/2 cboiling water
1 1/2 clowfat strawberry yogurt (with the fruit in the bottom)
1 cfrozen whipped topping, thawed (cool whip free™)
1 pkgreduced-fat graham cracker crust, 9-inch (keebler™)
How to Make Strawberry Cream Pie (Low-Fat & Low-Sugar)
- Dissolve jello in boiling water in a large mixing bowl. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
- Fold in the yogurt and whipped topping. Stir well. Pour into pie crust.
- Cover and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
- Top with additional whipped topping, if desired, or garnish with strawberry slices.
