A light dessert made with Jello, yogurt and whipped topping. Can be made with lime Jello and yogurt, or also with any fruit flavor Jello and yogurt. Cook time is chilling time.

Ingredients For strawberry cream pie (low-fat & low-sugar)

  • 1 pkg
    (9 grams) sugar-free, low-fat strawberry jello™
  • 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c
    lowfat strawberry yogurt (with the fruit in the bottom)
  • 1 c
    frozen whipped topping, thawed (cool whip free™)
  • 1 pkg
    reduced-fat graham cracker crust, 9-inch (keebler™)

How To Make strawberry cream pie (low-fat & low-sugar)

    Dissolve jello in boiling water in a large mixing bowl. Let it cool for 15 minutes.

    Fold in the yogurt and whipped topping. Stir well. Pour into pie crust.

    Cover and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

    Top with additional whipped topping, if desired, or garnish with strawberry slices.
