This was one of the dessert items on my Valentine's Dinner Menu. I made it especially for my Sweetheart of a husband & he loved it. It is a very simple & easy NO BAKE RECIPE, so I am sure you will appreciate it. You can freeze it or just refrigerate it a few hours before serving. Decorate it any way you like, I just wanted it to be memorable for Valentine's Day, so I used the Red & white Themed Candies. This recipe will fill 2- 6 ounce Pie Shells, I used Chocolate & Oreo as the crust. I even gave one to my neighbor Denise & Family. Try it, it is so easy, you will be amazed @ the taste

Ingredients For strawberry cream cheese sweetheart pie

    6 oz. pie shells (oreo, chocolate ,graham) your choice
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese softened room temperature
  • 1 pkg
    frozen pre sweetened strawberries (16 oz) thawed
  • 3/4 c
    heavy whipping cream, (room temperature)
  • 2 pkg
    8 oz tubs each whipped topping thawed
  • 2 pkg
    jello instant cheesecake pudding & pie filling
  • 1 3/4 c
    milk
  • few drops red food color, optional
  • garnish of fruit and or candies of your choice

How To Make strawberry cream cheese sweetheart pie

    In a large bowl combine cream cheese with heavy whipping cream then beat till creamy.

    Add pie filling to a medium side bowl and pour in cold milk, then beat till thickened.

    Add pudding mixture to cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.

    Add thawed strawberries, and optional food coloring if desired. Then fold in till blended.

    Add tub of whipped topping.

    Fold till blended.

    Pour into pie Crust, and top with remaining whipped topping, and garnish with fruit or candies of your choice. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or freeze and serve frozen.
