Ingredients
- 8 ounces pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 - 9-inch baked pie shell
- 2 pints whole strawberries
- - ------------------------
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup water
How To Make strawberry cream cheese pie

Step 1Combine cream cheese, first milk and first sugar, mixing until well blended. Spread onto bottom of pie shell; cover with 1 pint strawberries.

Step 2Combine remaining sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan; gradually add water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Step 3Cook one minute or until mixture is clear and thickened. Halve remaining strawberries; add to cornstarch mixture. Pour over whole strawberries. Chill several hours or overnight.
