strawberry banana cream pie
Super quick and easy! Made it on a whim with the strawberries and bananas I had at home that were almost past ripe.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 pint strawberries
- 1 - banana
- 2 - peaches (optional)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 - heaping tablespoons cool whip
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make strawberry banana cream pie

Step 1Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Put in mixing bowl.

Step 2Wash strawberries, slice off tops, then slice them in half. Add to mixing bowl.

Step 3Peel banana. Slice into mixing bowl.

Step 4Add sugar to bowl and beat until all is incorporated together.

Step 5Add vanilla, half and half, and cool whip to bowl. Beat on high for about 3-4 minutes until creamy and fluffy.

Step 6Pour into pie crust. Top with sliced peaches (optional, but it is a good addition).

Step 7Refrigerate overnight for smooth texture, or in freezer for frozen, ice-cream like texture (what I do!). Enjoy!
