I got this recipe out of a magazine. Did some tweeking to it!! I love my moms pumpkin pie recipes, but got to say I really like the taste of this one! Hope you enjoy it!!

    unbaked pie shell 9-inch
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1 can(s)
    pumpkin (15 ounce)
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk (12 ounce)

How to Make Spiced Pumpkin Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Brush rim of pie crust with 1-2 teaspoons of beaten egg.
  3. Add brown sugar and next 7 ingredients (brown sugar through pumpkin) to eggs. Mix together.
  4. Gradually beat in milk. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake 40 minutes or until custard is set.
    Cook on wire rack.
