I got this recipe out of a magazine. Did some tweeking to it!! I love my moms pumpkin pie recipes, but got to say I really like the taste of this one! Hope you enjoy it!!

unbaked pie shell 9-inch
2/3 c
brown sugar
1/4 tsp
1 1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp
ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp
ground cloves
1 can(s)
pumpkin (15 ounce)
1 can(s)
evaporated milk (12 ounce)

How to Make Spiced Pumpkin Pie


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Brush rim of pie crust with 1-2 teaspoons of beaten egg.
  • 3Add brown sugar and next 7 ingredients (brown sugar through pumpkin) to eggs. Mix together.
  • 4Gradually beat in milk. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
  • 5Bake 40 minutes or until custard is set.
    Cook on wire rack.
