I got this recipe out of a magazine. Did some tweeking to it!! I love my moms pumpkin pie recipes, but got to say I really like the taste of this one! Hope you enjoy it!!

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - unbaked pie shell 9-inch
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 can pumpkin (15 ounce)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 ounce)

How To Make spiced pumpkin pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Brush rim of pie crust with 1-2 teaspoons of beaten egg.
  • Step 3
    Add brown sugar and next 7 ingredients (brown sugar through pumpkin) to eggs. Mix together.
  • Step 4
    Gradually beat in milk. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
  • Step 5
    Bake 40 minutes or until custard is set. Cook on wire rack.
