Pour over 3 peeled sliced peached arranged in pie crust. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 until toothpick comes out clean from center. Remove foil. Then add a crusty topping with a mixture of flour, butter and brown sugar and broiled that until crusty deliciousness;)
