    9 inch pie shell baked
  • 1 c
  • 2 large
    limes zested about 2 tsp.
  • 1/3 c
    fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    cool whip

How to Make Sour Cream and Lime Pie


  1. Combine the sugar, cornstarch, lime zest, lime juice, heavy cream and butter in a medium saucepan. Place over medium heat and cook until the mixture thickens.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool. Fold in the sour cream. Pour into the baked shell.
  3. Top with cool whip and keep in fridge.
