Ingredients
- 1 - 9 inch pie shell baked
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large limes zested about 2 tsp.
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cool whip
How To Make sour cream and lime pie

Step 1Combine the sugar, cornstarch, lime zest, lime juice, heavy cream and butter in a medium saucepan. Place over medium heat and cook until the mixture thickens.

Step 2Remove from heat and let cool. Fold in the sour cream. Pour into the baked shell.

Step 3Top with cool whip and keep in fridge.
