Complete meal, great the second day reheated or on sammys cold for lunch. White sauce per recipe listed in my recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can smoked fish fillets 440gm or
  • 1 - smoked fish
  • 1 - batch white sauce
  • 8 - cherry tomatos
  • 4 - sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1 - medium onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • - salt n pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • - juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 200 grams pasta of choice

How To Make smoked fish pie

  • Step 1
    Peel n chop onion n carrot, par boil. Par boil pasta. Make white sauce.
  • Step 2
    Into casserole/ oven dish combine Fish ( drained) s n p , white sauce, mix well. Add all vege except 1 tomato. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Top with grated cheese, sliced tomato n bread crumbs. Bake at 180 c for 30-45 mins until cheese browns n sliced tomato cooks.
