    batch white sauce
  • 8
    cherry tomatos
  • 4
    sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c

    medium onion
  • 1
  • 100 g
    grated cheese
  • ·
    salt n pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet chilli sauce
  • ·
    juice of 1 lemon
  • 1
  • 1/2 c
  • 200 g
    pasta of choice

How to Make Smoked fish pie


  1. Peel n chop onion n carrot, par boil.
    Par boil pasta.
    Make white sauce.
  2. Into casserole/ oven dish combine Fish ( drained) s n p , white sauce, mix well.
    Add all vege except 1 tomato.
    Mix well.
  3. Top with grated cheese, sliced tomato n bread crumbs.
    Bake at 180 c for 30-45 mins until cheese browns n sliced tomato cooks.
