Ingredients

1batch white sauce
-
8cherry tomatos
-
4sundried tomatoes

1/4 cchopped celery
-
1/4 cpeas
-
1/4 ccorn

1medium onion
-
1tomato
-
100 ggrated cheese

·salt n pepper to taste

1 Tbspsweet chilli sauce

·juice of 1 lemon

1carrot
-
1/2 cbreadcrumbs
-
200 gpasta of choice
How to Make Smoked fish pie
- Peel n chop onion n carrot, par boil.
Par boil pasta.
Make white sauce. - Into casserole/ oven dish combine Fish ( drained) s n p , white sauce, mix well.
Add all vege except 1 tomato.
Mix well. - Top with grated cheese, sliced tomato n bread crumbs.
Bake at 180 c for 30-45 mins until cheese browns n sliced tomato cooks.
