- 8 medium apples, peeled, sliced
- 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup stevia
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups reduced fat baking mix (such as bisquick)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 tablespoons cold margarine
How To Make slow cooker apple pie, low cal version

Step 1Toss apples in a large bowl with cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Place in a greased slow cooker.

Step 2Combine milk, softened butter, Stevia, eggs, vanilla, and 1/2 cup of the baking mix. Spoon over the apples. Combine 1 cup baking mix and the brown sugar. Cut the cold butter into the mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples. Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
