Ingredients

  • 8 medium apples, peeled, sliced
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/4 cup stevia
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat baking mix (such as bisquick)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 tablespoons cold margarine

How To Make slow cooker apple pie, low cal version

  • Step 1
    Toss apples in a large bowl with cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Place in a greased slow cooker.
  • Step 2
    Combine milk, softened butter, Stevia, eggs, vanilla, and 1/2 cup of the baking mix. Spoon over the apples. Combine 1 cup baking mix and the brown sugar. Cut the cold butter into the mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples. Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
