Ingredients

  • 8 medium
    apples, peeled, sliced
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1/2 c
    stevia
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    reduced fat baking mix (such as bisquick)
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 Tbsp
    cold margarine

How to Make Slow Cooker Apple Pie, low cal version

Step-by-Step

  1. Toss apples in a large bowl with cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Place in a greased slow cooker.
  2. Combine milk, softened butter, Splenda, eggs, vanilla, and 1/2 cup of the baking mix. Spoon over the apples. Combine 1 cup baking mix and the brown sugar. Cut the cold butter into the mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples. Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
  3. 252 calories, 64 calories from fat, 25 g sugar, 87 mg cholesterol, 265mg sodium
