Ingredients
- 1 - 9"-frozen deep dish pie shell, thawed
- 1 - 4-serving pkg, sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup diet gingerale
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled, cut in 1/2
How To Make sherry's easter strawberry pie

Step 1Bake pie shell as directed, let cool. In medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients, except strawberries.

Step 2Place over medium heat. Cook, stirring, 5-7 mins, or until gelatin dissolves. remove from heat. Let cool 5 mins.

Step 3Stir in strawberries. Pour mix into pie shell. Cover and chill at least 4 hrs. I always make this the night before, so it's already chilled.
