Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered (confectioners') sugar
  • 1 cup dream or cool whip
  • 1 can can libby's pumpkin pie mix (seasoned)
  • 1 package lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk

How To Make shadows holiday dessert

  • Step 1
    1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter, room temperature 1 c. chopped pecans Blend above like pastry. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Chill.
  • Step 2
    SECOND LAYER: 1 pkg. (4 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature 1 c. powdered (confectioners') sugar 1 c. Dream or Cool Whip Blend and spread over first layer. Cool.
  • Step 3
    THIRD LAYER: 1 can Libby's pumpkin pie mix (seasoned) 1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding 3/4 c. condensed milk Spread over third layer. Chill. Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
