I bake this pie mostly in the summer time,but I thought it would be good for Halloween too.

Ingredients

  • - oatmeal crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal toasted for 10 minutes at 350 f
  • 1/2 cup butter,melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, light
  • - filling;
  • 1(10oz) package frozen strawberries,thawed
  • 1 cup applesauce, sweetned
  • 1(3oz) package strawberry jello
  • 1/2 cup 7-up
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

How To Make scary berry pie

  • Step 1
    Drain strawberry juice in a saucepan,add applesauce, and heat(don't boil).Add jello stir to dissolve. Add strawberries and 7 Up.
  • Step 2
    Let cool until starting to thicken. Meanwhile, make the crust.Mix all the ingredients and put it in a 9 inch pan.Bake for 10 minutes.Cool before filling.
  • Step 3
    Put marshmallows in oatmeal crust.Spoon mixture carfully on top,and refrigerate until set.
