I FOUND THIS RECIPE, WHILE BROWSING THRU SOME BOOKS...NOT SURE WHAT BOOK, BUT I HAVE HAD THIS FOR MANY YEARS NOW...THIS RECIPE IS EXCELLENT, AND I JUST KNOW YOU WILL LOVE IT JUST AS MUCH AS WE DO...IT'S DELICIOUS....
combine all the ingredients, the add in 7 tablespoons oil and mix thoroughly
set aside 1/2 cup crust mixture, press remaining mixture into quiche dish, or 10

salmon, drained, but save 1/2 cup of the liquid...remove skin and bones from fish, then flake and set aside
COMBINE: 3 BEATEN EGGS, 1 CUP SOUR CREAM, 1/3 CUP MAYO 1/2 CUP FISH LIQUID
STIR IN: 2/3 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE, 3 TABLESPOONS GRATED ONION, 1 TABLESPOON DILL WEED, DASH OF HOT SAUCE OF YOUR CHOICE....MIX WELL AND ADD FISH...STIR IN AND SPOON INTO PIE CRUST AND SPRINKLE WITH RESERVED CRUST MIXTURE....BAKE @ 325 DEGREE
bake for 1 hour or till set....let set about 15 minutes before serving...enjoy!!!
