Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell (or make your own)
How To Make run for the roses pie

Step 1Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until blended.

Step 2Stir in the pecans and chocolate morsels.

Step 3Pour into the pie shell. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
