How to Make Ritz Cracker Pie
- 1Beat egg whites till frothy, add cream of tartar continue beating until stiff peaks form.
- 2Slowly add Sugar and baking powder (I mix the sugar and baking powder together first).
- 3Add vanilla, fold in crackers and pecans.
- 4Poor into greased (or pam sprayed) pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 mins.
- 5Let pie cool off, then top with whipped cream of Cool Whip
