How to Make Ritz Cracker Pie
1Beat egg whites till frothy, add cream of tartar continue beating until stiff peaks form.
2Slowly add Sugar and baking powder (I mix the sugar and baking powder together first).
3Add vanilla, fold in crackers and pecans.
4Poor into greased (or pam sprayed) pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 mins.
5Let pie cool off, then top with whipped cream of Cool Whip
