Ingredients
- 3 - egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 - ritz crackers, crushed
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 - bowl of cool whip
How To Make ritz cracker pie

Step 1Beat egg whites till frothy, add cream of tartar continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Step 2Slowly add Sugar and baking powder (I mix the sugar and baking powder together first).

Step 3Add vanilla, fold in crackers and pecans.

Step 4Poor into greased (or pam sprayed) pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 mins.

Step 5Let pie cool off, then top with whipped cream of Cool Whip
