How to Make Ritz Cracker Pie
- Beat egg whites till frothy, add cream of tartar continue beating until stiff peaks form.
- Slowly add Sugar and baking powder (I mix the sugar and baking powder together first).
- Add vanilla, fold in crackers and pecans.
- Poor into greased (or pam sprayed) pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 mins.
- Let pie cool off, then top with whipped cream of Cool Whip
