Ingredients

  • 3
    egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 1/4 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 20
    ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2/3 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1
    bowl of cool whip

How to Make Ritz Cracker Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat egg whites till frothy, add cream of tartar continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  2. Slowly add Sugar and baking powder (I mix the sugar and baking powder together first).
  3. Add vanilla, fold in crackers and pecans.
  4. Poor into greased (or pam sprayed) pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 mins.
  5. Let pie cool off, then top with whipped cream of Cool Whip
